This is the southernmost region and lies below an imaginary Greenock/Dundee line.
Its gentle landscape, temperate climate and special triple-distillation process is
reflected in these mild mannered malts. The lighter body, softer style and less distinctive taste of these malts can offer a gentle introduction to malt whisky. Rosebank is an absolute classic – if you can get it.
