1. Copyright
Any written content, photography, imagery and other material shown on www.whiskyshack.com can only be used with the express consent of Lombard Brands Ltd. Please contact us to request the use of any materials.
2. Payment Methods
Payment can be made by Credit Card or UK debit card via Paypal or by GBP Cheque. Goods are not dispatched until all funds have cleared.
3. Security
In order to ensure the safety of customers' financial details whiskyshack.com uses Secure Sockets Layer technology to ensure that your details are sent securely to us and hold a 'Equifax' licence for our site. Once we have those details, we treat them responsibly as you would expect, ensuring that they cannot fall into the wrong hands.
4. Privacy policy
We collect some personal information in our registration form which we ask visitors to complete when signing in. This information is collected so that we can contact you with offers, and so that we can deliver orders if products are ordered online.
Lombard Brands Ltd takes steps to ensure that any potential threats to your personal details are minimised. We will not share the details that you have disclosed to us with any other parties. 5. Follow Up
Once an order is placed, an automatic email response is generated, letting you know that your order has reached us securely and confirming the order details. If there are any errors please contact us so that we can amend the order, or cancel it if you prefer.
6. Delivery
After processing - which can be delayed if we are out of stock of the products ordered (in which case we will advise you), all orders are despatched using a 48 hour service to most mainland destinations in the UK, International Standard or International Express (48 hours) service to many European addresses. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on location. An estimate of delivery time can be provided by requesting further details. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address. Europe Standard service offers proof of shipping on request, Europe Express offers a fully trackable service.
7. Returns Policies
All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and any damages or shortage must be recorded on the delivery acceptance forms. Un-examined or un-checked goods will not be accepted. The recipient must notify Lombard Brands Ltd within 48 hours otherwise claims cannot be guaranteed. Goods shall not be returned unless and until the customer or recipient has contacted Lombard Brands Ltd and we have accepted the return of the goods in which case ONLY Lombard Brands Ltd. shall be responsible for the cost of transit by the method specified by us. Refunds will be credited back to your account upon our receipt of the goods.
8. Accuracy
While we have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site, we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the website. Prices and specifications can change without notice and products are subject to availability. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You must be over 18 years old to order or the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol in your country of residence.
10. Availability
Supply is usually reliable for most products displayed at whiskyshack.com
Some of the whiskies shown are either not available because they are temporarily out of stock or because they may be one of only a few in the world. Should a product be unavailable, we will inform you of this promptly.
11. Taxes and Duties
Whisky and other products sold at lombardscotchwhisky.com are subject to UK taxation. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union (EU), prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). If we are sending to an address outside of the EU, we will not charge VAT, however you may be liable to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country.
